The hotel offers 'Wide Open Spaces' in the rooms, featuring a wet bar, work desk, sectional sofa with ottoman that turns into a bed, and a king-sized bed. However, cleanliness was subpar with frosty conditions needing attention. The service was outstanding, with super friendly staff despite being a bit overworked at times. The location is excellent, providing easy access to music, food, and shopping, including a convenient shuttle service to downtown attractions. The dining experience offered a great variety of dishes, but cleanliness and seating availability were lacking. The facilities are well-equipped, but with room for improvement.
